We are managing the TSDF at Taloja in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra State since 2002.Our policy is to maintain highest standards of quality of disposal methods by confirming to environment friendly, safe, economic methods. What is CHWTSDF ?

It stands for Common Hazardous Waste Treatment, Storage and Disposal Facility.

Yes, MWML houses a Bio-Medical Incineration and Autoclaving facility. We cater to Navi Mumbai, Panvel and surrounding area for biomedical waste collection and disposal.

For disposing waste in MWML, waste generator has to take membership of the facility; the membership procedure is as below

  • Membership Form has to be filled up with all the relevant details, process details are to be enclosed with membership form.
  • MPCB Consent OR a copy of the Application submitted to MPCB for consent has to be attached with membership form.
  • Charted Accountant’s Certificate / Audited Balance sheet towards proof of investment should be enclosed
  • DD/Cheque in Favour of “MUMBAI WASTE MANAGEMENT LIMITED” towards One Time Membership Deposit as per the Matrix (given below) plus Rs. (12000+ST) Towards “Minimum Monthly Commitment Charges” (Annual Charges) should be furnished.
  • After Completion of above formalities Membership would be granted.
  • Member has to send sample of 1 Kg of each type of waste for Comprehensive Analysis (CA), this can be done at the time of submitting Membership Documents.
  • MWML will send CA Quotation cum Pro-forma Invoice to Member, after payment of CA charges CA would be carried out, which takes on an average 10 days.
  • Based on CA report Disposal Quotation along with Transportation rates would be sent to generator along with CA report and CA Tax Invoice.
  • After approval of Quotation Member can start sending Waste to MWML.
  • Members have to call 2-3 days in advance for Vehicle booking.

Yes Customer has to take different Memberships for Hazardous & Bio-Medical waste disposal facilities. Find below membership procedure for Bio-Medical Waste Facility Membership.

Documents required :

  • MPCB Authorisation / NMMC Registration copy / Health Department Registration copy.
  • Doctor’s degree certificate
  • Doctor’s ID Proof

You have to fill the MWML membership form with above documents. Membership Form can be downloaded from our website or same can be obtained from our Taloja office. Please fill BMW membership form GP for General Practitioner and BMW membership form HP for Hospitals .

Transportation of Hazardous waste should be carried out in Authorised hazardous waste carrier MWML provides transportation services please call us on 022-8422877163 / 64 / 65 / 66 & 67 Form No.8, 9 & 10 should be filled as per Hazardous Waste Management Handling & Transboundry Rules 2016.

CA is mandatory as per CPCB guidelines except few Exceptional cases such as for Expired Medicines CA is not required.

FPA stands for Finger Print Analysis; it is carried out by drawing sample from every waste consignment that MWML receive. It is carried out to ensure that waste properties comply with CA so that proper disposal of waste can be carried out.

When FPA report of Particular waste doesn’t match with its Comprehensive Analysis (CA) report discrepancy arises, it is resolved after discussion with Member Industry. Joint analysis (Analysis in presence of customer) can be carried out. Fresh CA can also be carried out if needed in such cases.

CA CA charges per sample are Rs.17000/- plus service tax as applicable *
